At-will, std, costs 1 Corruption; you speak a wish, and your planar patron grants it, and you take the Corruption in return. The wish can duplicate any power that someone of your level could reasonably use, or produce any other effect in line with that level of power. Duplicated powers use their normal range, targets, and saves.
You can grant wishes to others as well, and let them pay the price: the Corruption may be borne by any willing party to the wish.
