Shadow of Death
If you reach 0 HP, you can choose not to start dying, but instead become undead. You regain all missing HP and retain all of your abilities. However, you must concentrate to maintain this state; if you stop, you simply become a corpse. Healing harms your undead form, but if reduced to 0 by such healing, you become a living creature again, with 1 HP.
