(Rank 3) At-will, swift, ranged; you create a soul shard--a fragment of the target's soul stored in a gemstone (cost: 1 sp per max level of the inhabitant). The target is allowed a Charisma save to negate if unwilling. There is no immediate effect on the target. However, should the subject die, they may resurrect themselves, returning to 1 HP, destroying the soul shard. They may choose to do this if they are in the dying state as well.
