At-will, std, ranged, concentration; you take telekinetic control of a soul or similar incorporeal entity such as a ghost. They are considered grappled (opposed to your spellcasting check), and can attempt to free themselves using grappling rules. While you have control of a soul, you can spend a swift action to move the soul up to 10 squares in any direction, phasing through obstacles as per the rules above. You can also spend a standard action to cause heavy force damage to the soul (Wis half).
