Death Touch

At-will, std, touch; target takes heavy necrotic damage, and you gain 1 Vitae. You can spend 1 Vitae to heal yourself for medium HP, or to gain a +1d6 bonus to one d20 roll (improves to 1d8 at rank 2, 1d10 at rank 3, etc).

At Rank 2, you can inflict weakened, clumsy, or frail instead of damage. You can transfer the Vitae you gain to an ally by touch as a swift action.

At Rank 3, instead of temp HP, you can gain healing from Vitae.
