At-will, swift, ranged, DC 19+; you can reverse the effects of time on an object or creature you can see within range. This can heal damage, repair broken objects, or undo other changes that have occurred recently.

DC Healing Effect Repair Effect
19 Heal damage taken in last round Repair damage taken in last round
21 Heal damage taken in last minute Repair damage taken in last minute
23 Fully restore HP Repair to like-new condition

Creature healing is subject to limitations of Reserve Hit Points.

The exact effect of this power is to undo the effects of a period of time, beginning at some point in the past you choose (limited by your DC and Grasp), and ending one planck unit before you finish casting the spell. The effects of time on the target are reversed, but time is not altered. If the Sword of Heroes was shattered after slaying Gargoth the Dragon Tyrant, this spell can un-shatter it, but Gargoth remains slain.

Everything about the object's internal physical state is changed to what it was at the start of the period--except position. If the target was somewhere else at the start of the period, or any time in between, it doesn't matter--it remains stationary until the spell's effect has finished. Rusty metal un-rusts, shattered glass un-shatters, burned scrolls unburn, etc.

For creatures, this can heal, and even reverse aging--with a major caveat. Everything about the target is reverted, so if an elderly wizard uses it to regain his 20-year-old body, he also loses all the experience and knowledge he gained in those 20 years. He wouldn't remember how to cast the spell, or even how he cast it, and would likely be very confused, since his most recent memory was just before this point in time, and now he's somewhere else, decades later, with no explanation. This isn't a terrible useful de-aging spell, but it is an option.

DC Grasp Time Reversal
17 7 1 round
19 8 1 minute
21 9 1 hour
23 10 1 day
25 11 1 week
27 12 1 month
29 13 1 year

Extending this duration is possible. For each point of Energy spent, add the existing duration to itself. So, if you have a DC of 19 and spend 1 Energy, you can reverse the last 2 minutes instead of just 1. Spend 2 Energy, and it's 4 minutes, etc. To roll back an object 2,000 years, you'd need to hit a DC of 29 and spend 2,000 Energy.
